Stitch like pain down one side?

Hi everyone I'm 37+3 have been getting stitch like pains down the left side of my bump any idea what this cud be?

Have you been doing a bit of "bending down" in the last few hours?

I sometimes get this "kinda feeling" when Ive been cleaning up up usually after a few hours of rest seems to ease itself off.

It could also be a part of where the baby's resting in your uterus too.

Thanks don't think iv been doing that much bending but could be babies position x

Might not be the same but I have experienced a very intense pain down the side from time to time, normally when I am trying to get out if bed and if I don't get enough purchase on the bedside cabinet to push myself up. I have put it down to pulling an abdominal muscle as feels like its burning and the 1st time I did it, it totally took my breath away but settled after a few minutes. I did the same again in the wee hrs last night! X

Definitely sounds like I have possibly just using my tummy 2 much I will try and be kinder on it till little one arrives

I now always support the belly with my arm and hand as I try to get up which I think definitely helps me, although at 40wks that is a challenge in itself and I dread hauling myself out of bed.

Ewww 40 weeks could b any time soon! Iv now started rolling out onto all 4s then standing up nit graceful but it works x

I used to get that stitch pain but mine was under my tummy and it would come if I had been walking. My midwife said it was my uterus stretching and having a spasm.
