Hi,

Congratulations!! I'm currently 32+5 days pregnant with twins, like you I had a previous miscarriage in September last year. In this pregnancy I had quite a lot of cramping up until I was around seven weeks I may have had more than normal with it being twins but your baby has to burrow itself securely into your womb. I wouldn't worry too much, but you have any bleeding I would contact epau unit at your local hospital for an early scan. One thing I had to get my head around is that this is a completely different pregnancy, it will be much easier for you to try not to compare the two, as I've learnt it's easier said than done! Good luck xxx

I am 8 weeks today and have exactly the same. A little bit like period pains but not as bad. I had them more at the very beginning but they have quietened down slightly over the last coupld of weeks. Its just your womb growing and changing. Just make sure you go to the Doctor if you have bleeding but apart from that then I'm sure you are just fine :)
