His everyone, have been reading everyone's posts for months now and finally decided to write a post. I am 31 weeks pregnant with my first baby, and we found out out we are having a little girl
At our 20 week scan I was told I had a low lying placenta and would have to come back at 32 weeks For another scan to check on it and if my placenta was still low I may need a c section. We have the scan on Monday and I am a bit nervous. I had always thought I would give birth naturally and have got it in my mind that I really don't want to have a section. I was just wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience to me and if it's likely that the placenta will have moved. Any advice welcome? Thanks mums, Hannah x

Hiya. I'm 34 weeks and had a scan yesterday to check on my placenta too. I posted a while ago about it and it seemed a fairly common situation and yesterday at my scan the sonographer said the same thing
I was originally a bit concerned when I learned I had to have another scan for this because I think everything in your first pregnancy is so new....glad I joined this forum for that! My placenta has moved position since my 20 week scan so now I'm good to go! I'm sure everything will be fine with you too
Hey, try not to worry my friend is 10 days ahead of me and she too had a low lying placenta and hight blood pressure to worry about, her placenta has moved so no reason why she cannot birth naturally and her BP is better to.
Try to remain positive eh, it's not over until the fat lady sings xx
Hi guys! Had scan yesterday and everything was fine. Placenta has moved so will be able to deliver naturally! So I was worrying over nothing! Thanks for making me feel better tho xxx
