How soon after miscarriage can I wait before try to get pregnant again?

I find out I was pregnant at 7 weeks went in for an early scan because of spotting, the doctor told me it was ectopic pregnancy I had a miscarriage at 10 weeks normally. How long can I wait before trying again to get pregnant?

When ever u feel ready, there is no time limit. I never even had a period after my mc then fell pregnant. It was about 14weeks with no period I had a blood test which showed I was 7 weeks.

As said above, whenever your ready, there's no right or wrong. For me it was 3 months before I could seriously think about it. I needed time to recover emotionally as my body reverted back to normal very quickly having a period within 2 weeks but I felt shocked/upset each time that bleed arrived & figured if I lost again how would I feel. I am 30wks now, I wish you well and take your time Xx

Yes true whenever you are ready really.i miscarried last August by October I was pregnant again.me and my OH asked Dr when we can start trying again she said straight away if we were ready.xx

I miscarried at 5weeks back in march and i was told by the EPU to wait until I had a proper period to try again so they could date it properly if i got pregnant again. They said that after a miscarriage before your next period you are very fertile and it would be very likely i would conceive with ease.

I waited the 6weeks it took to get my period back and within that first cycle i got pregnant. I'm now 10weeks and baby seems to growing nicely in there. I've got 2weeks n a half to go until my 12week scan and I cant wait.

It really is up to you. Its ur body and people can only advise what would be best. Only u will know if ur ready or not xxx good luck and sorry for ur loss
