Baby bump changing sizes.

Have had a pretty straightforward pregnancy up to now (am 15+4 weeks).

I had noticed that my bump seemed to be rather large for how far along I am though I am quite petite so that may be why it felt more noticeable

Overnight on Monday I've come down with a viral infection and/or a water infection (doctor unsure whether my water sample has been contaminated by stool as have diarrhea).

A well as feeling terrible I've noticed my bump seems quite a bit smaller. Am wondering if my baby belly may have been bigger because I obviously had this underlying bug in my system and was quite bloated which has gone down due to having the runs or whether it's something I should look into.

Any advice?

i would say ring triage and insist on assessment to put your mind at rest. although its also very likely that bloatedness was the real reason

If U have had the runs then ur Prob not as bloated. . But No harm in getting checked over if ur worried x

Thanks for the advice. Starting to feel a bit more human again. Bump seems to be back lol. It seems to look different everyday.
