38 + 2 and I'm convinced bump is shrinking!

Looking at by belly recently I'm sure it's got smaller! I'm small any way but laying on my back there his harshly even a bump looks more like I had a big dinner! Anyone else feeling similar or am I just finally going nuts?!

Hiya ... maybe baby is lying back to back that would normally make bump smaller. I'm 39.4 and it varies day to day. I bet if you where to do some floor cleaning hands and knees or sitting on a birthing ball for a while baby would move back to belly and it will look bigger again not long for either of us. X

I spend most of the day on a ball! So comfy!! This helps a lot though he is constantly wriggling!! Not long at all to wait! Hope you are feeling ok about things and feeling prepared! X

Hello, is your baby engaged yet? I was measuring spot at last antenatal before son was born that was a Friday and by the Wednesday in labour bump was only measuring 37cm and midwife said it because his head was so low xxx

I'm sure he his! Had growth scans throughout as at 12w my BMI was below 17 (they basically said they were checking I eat properly) any way all normal so was discharged from monitoring at 34w then at 36w midwife visit bump measured 33w so was sent for another scan! Head was so low the sonographer couldn't measure it! This was 2 weeks ago now! Hoping things are starting to happen! Getting more and more Braxton hicks, back pain and pains in my lower abdo! X

Yay! Baby is moving down, undoubtably! I had my lightening on Tuesday night and am enjoying the new found lung volume, but am sure over the next few weeks Flump will reclaim some of it

Just to check though - you've not been slowly leaking fluid?
