Chin up Hun,

the rule is don't think about it, enjoy it and hopefully it will happen.

My monthly was every 35-45 days whilst on the cerazette pill, after I stopped I thought it would happen but nope Nader. After 3 months we just decided to stop Thinking and start enjoying and sorry for TMI ... but a week after my monthly which ended up on my bday we were at it every opportunity and with a 5 and 4.5 year old I still don't know how we managed it lol but 3 times a day for a few days got my little arrival due any day now. So keep your hopes up 3 years is a great time to start for another one . My fingers are crossed for you. Keep us updated. X

3 years isn't a big age gap. Try not to think of it like that, start taking folic acid if you are not already. We had been TTC then I started taking Folic acid and then found out I was pregnant, I dont know if it had anything to do with it but worth a shot. Dont get to down about it.

Yeah I agree with everyone above it will happen when you least expect it!! Myself and my husband had been trying for years, then on referral to ivf it felt like it took the pressure off is and we conceived naturally with twins in December, but it's something you learn as a fact when you have personal experience with it, I wouldn't have believed anyone before it happened xxx

In same boat, though my baby girl is coming up to two lol. It happened so quickly with her, which I put down to eating healthily, exercising and not really trying, just not stopping. This time round I'm heavier, working pretty much ft hrs as well as managing house and toddler, I'm so tired all the time, we barely have sex and I'm tracking my cycles instead of just going with the flow. I think it's harder the second time round because you're more likely to 'plan'. Gonna take a step back myself and just focus on getting back to a healthier me with a renewed intimacy with my hubs and hopefully baby 2 will happen somewhere along the way. :) Best of luck to us both... It will happen when it wants to. X

I was on cerazette for 18 months and various other combination pills for 10 years before that. Took 11 months to conceive but wasn't until we stopped trying and booked our wedding lol. Now wedding has been rearranged and we could be happier. Try not to put yourself under so much pressure and enjoy the time trying xx

I wouldn't worry about having a huge age gap, as you mentioned your daughter is now 3yrs old. Im now pregnant with my 2nd child & my son is 4yrs old now "but will be 5 by the time this baby is born" I think that's a fine gap as I personally don't like to rush into things & I a true believer of things will happen in due course. If you are constantly thinking about why you're not pregnant yet it will feel as if it's never going to happen.

Just relax & keep positive, xx

Stay positive... Because if you do conceive baby needs a stress free mum:)

Also most pregnancies happen when the couple aren't trying..

Plus if you feel like giving up..sex will feel like a chore and won't be enjoyable for either of you.. Enjoy it.. Change things up a bit and you'll get pregnant in your own time:)

Plus 3 years isn't a big age gap.. Chin up & sending you my wishes ox
