Barely sleeping as when baby moves it hurts and sometime causes back spasms. Feeling exhausted with it and even when I try to rest my little man kicks up. Any advice would be great

Must Be laying on a nerve bless you how uncomfortable. ..I'd ring midwife tmw just to let them know see what they say x

Hey I am 21w & 3 days. I have back pain sometimes but find it more if I have been sitting for long periods of time rather than at night. The baby might be lying funny.
