Going to GP next week. I'm taking probiotics - Probio 7. Is it safe to take it during the pregnancy? Thank you

Congratulations!! What fantastic news!

Websites say that probiotics are ok, I've been taking actimel, though I 'm sure it's best not to overdo it, as with all these things. I'm sure you know this but the really important thing to take is a good vitamin designed for pregnancy, with folic acid and vitamin d. Pregnacare is good but very expensive, I bought one from Superdrug for a lot less and on a 2 for 3 offer. Has the same stuff in it, as far as I can tell, and the midwife told me it was a great one to take.
