Hi

I'm in my 5th week, tired and tummy already bloated (although I do suffer with IBS).

Had cramping too.

What are your symptoms?

I had no symptoms at 5 weeks. I didn't know I was pregnant until I was 7 weeks but still had no symptoms. When I was pregnant with my 1st in early pregnancy I used to suffer from being light headed but thats all.

5 wks is usually a very early stage to be feeling any sort of symptoms such as bloated-ness or tiredness but every woman is different.. If you feel as if your bloated a bit too much its probably best to book an appointment to see your G.P.

I've had cramping and tiredness for the last day or so and I'm 5 weeks pregnant too, so I don't think it's not normal. Every pregnancy is different for every woman

Hi :-) Yeah I'm 5 weeks and have suffered with bloating (probably due to constipation too) and tiredness. The days seem to pass so slow!

Sooooooo slow, I don't have my first doctors appointment till next Thursday, feels like so long away!

Have you had yours yet?

Because of my kidneys I had to have an appointment straight away just to check my protein and blood pressure but both were good.

How many weeks will it be for you at that point? I know, each week feels like an important milestone and then you look forward to the next one.

I am 5 weeks too. Had really bad back ache a little cramping and tiredness. Think it's perfectly normal. My first doctors appointment is next week too. It can't come quick enough!

I just want to start getting excited, its hard not too but my husband is being very calm and sensible about it, won't get excited or talk about it until 12 week scan, not even allowed to tell anyone, haven't even told my mum yet!!!

My partner was the complete opposite, he's bursting at the seams whereas I'm still scared its too early! He told his parents a couple of days ago which is forcing me to tell mine as its only fair they know too. I think it'll help to have my mum's knowledge and support any way :-)

Well hopefully we will all get through the first trimester worry free :)

I told my boss today, just so that he understands why i'm half asleep at my desk and a little distrated, he was over the moon and so supportive.

i'm around 4 weeks I think still unsure how far gone I am the test said 3+ weeks (waiting to see midwife) and like you suffer from ibs. before I knew I was pregnant my ibs started to play up which put me off doing a test until I was 9 days late as sometimes my ibs can affect my period, my tummy is bloated, had period like cramps and a bit of pain in my stomach but think that is my ibs as well as it does ease up if I pass wind, (ive especially had more wind which as an ibs sufferer I don't need) I think I noticed it more because i'm used to stomach pain. also got back ache and trouble sleeping i'm uncomfortable already and boobs got bigger and harder and to top it off knackered as well.
