hi, how far on are you?

usually the 1st 12 weeks seems more stressfull as tiredness is a big issue with a lot of pregnant woman, make sure you get enough rest and eat healthier, (more fruit&veg and a great thing to help relieve stress is walking, also very good for you, in pregnancy your hormones are all over the place, maybe tell your employer how you feel, things will get better, take care x

Hormones!!!! I get like it every month around when I should have my period like a woman possessed i hate it as i feel so stressed I get stomach ache...you just have to try and have a little chat to ur self and try some relaxation techniques...I've got some relaxation tapes but find they only help whilst I'm listening to them lol...x

I have a stressful job +++! Took up pregnancy yoga - the breathing techniques alone have saved at least one colleague from having his head forcibly removed from his shoulders!!

At 32 weeks I have certainly had weeks of stress were I just couldn't and didn't want to handle it, the only way I did was by being a Mardy bitch! Oh well I just couldn't help it.

But most of my pregnancy I have Been fairly relaxed and just let stress pass over me:)

I found that swimming helps me, u just need to find something that lets u unwind, I work at the airport 12 hour shifts and the general public = STRESS but I go swimming and It helps me, not for everyone, I get snappy too but have warned everyone and they just ignore my snappy side! it'll b ok x

Hey, agree with lots of ladies here, hormones, disrupted sleep, anxiety all playing a part...I go through very peaceful quiet weeks then can be a raging emotional I can't deal with it week. I had a breakdown last week when trains on Southern Network went down and I couldn't get to work...total meltdown! Normally I'd be like...yeah whatever! Will get there when I can. Sorry is a word that your'll need to beckons familiar with it you can't control it xx

I am feeling exactly the same. If my boss heard what I said to a client on Wednesday I would be on a final written warning! I didn't feel like this last time but I am struggling with my reactions. It only started this week and i hope it goes back to normal soon. I can't afford to lose my job! x
