Morning sickness!!

I actually convinced myself that I was one of the lucky ones with the whole morning sickness thing.. From about 7 weeks I only felt a little bit nausea through the day but never actually been sick.. I'm 10 weeks 2 days and up until yesterday I have not actually been sick now I can't keep anything Down not even water I'm worried the baby isn't getting enough food as I'm throwing everything up I'm still taking folic acid but there obviously not getting into my system if I'm throwing up constantly I thought the morning sickness is suppose to ease of the closer u get to the second trimester but mines only just starting has any body or is any body experiencing this?

Oh yes, mine started 13 to 21 weeks I was sooooo sick maybe five times a day and night it was awful.

What I had to do was change the frequency I was eating, as soon as I woke up I had biscuits beside my bed ate them as quick as possible, sipped water then I had to eat breakfast with twenty minutes, then a snack, then lunch, then snack, dinner and snack before bed!

For a few weeks it worked a little but gradually got better

I would say try doing what I have done for the next week, if you still can't keep anything down then go to your doc as dehydration is not good for both of you.

If you are keep some food and drink down then baby will be fine, try taking your vitamins with your main meal
