First time round I had an epidural, second time tens machine followed by gas and air.

First child: water birth with gas & air

Second child: wanted the same again, but there wasn't time for anything in the 4 minutes between my waters breaking and me giving birth (15 mins in total after reaching the birthing unit!)

First 2 babies nothing, 3rd baby gas and air what a fantastic device would love to kiss the person who realised it is a great pain relief. This time around will be gas and air again
