I am on the lowest dose of prednisolone and still gaining weight. I used to be on 15mg but used the gym every single day apart from weekends so I was not gaining weight in a manner that was off-putting to me. Hi I’ve been on Steroids only between 20-15 mg for the past 7 months & have put on 28lbs. Been on diet but nothing moving at the moment. Going to be on steroids for another 6 months at least. Face is like a moon absolutely hate it. Even had to buy new larger clothes, but saying that it’s better than all the pain from P.R.

Oh my yes. I’ve been skinny my entire life. It took a while to start happening but when I was on prednisone at 25 mg I eventually gained 20 lbs. now I’ve lost it all since I’m back down to 7.5 mg. It will come off.
