I had an intrathechal pain pump placed on 5-2 & didn’t have it turned on until 5-9. Then I needed an increase on 5-14. It’s not working, so I’m asking for another in 2-4 weeks. They really worry about their own butts, then to care of the patient suffering.
BTW- a little of my background, so to speak. I’ve been living in chronic pain since my early 20’s , or that’s when I felt it. I was born w/scoliosis-curvature off to the right.
This is what I’ve Waiting for 🎉🎉🎉

Wow, it sound like they're going so slow! I'm so sorry that you have been in pain so long, that you finally have the pump, and they're taking their sweet time getting you up to an effective dosage. That really stinks. I hope that you make a pain in the behind of yourself until they take care of you. They should be more responsive to you. Sending hugs! ❤️
Sweetheartonvdayl, it technically goes into the space around your spinal cord, which contains your spinal fluid. Although it's hard to tell the difference when you're getting the test injection! 😊
