Oliver and I going for a walk

I started walking several weeks ago when the doctor I finally got to see said I was pre diabetic and my cholesterol was high (275). I am almost finished with getting my fence up to the point I can let Mack and rue run free. I have finished all the painting I wanted to so for now. Now I just trying to get my pictures and things on the walls. I am feeling good and getting more and more comfortable in my new home

Ah, the good ol' days. I remember back when GeekBoy wrapped those little arms around my neck and told me I was the most beautiful woman in the world. Last time I asked if I could hug him I got rolled eyes, a long-suffering sigh, and "If you must."

Thank you. It has been good I have lost 5 pounds and I am feeling good. We just do an easy walk and it takes about a half hour to walk and I try to do it twice a day
