i appreciate you. when i am having good days❤️

and i appreciate having a place to go when my husband is being less than kind. i am all right and more determined than ever to not be so destroyed when he’s having a problem. we are visiting family and he took on too much and he gets verbally abusive when tired. so rather than talk to him because at this juncture it would be fruitless i am writing it down here. thank you guys for reading❤️

Dear HouseElfWon so glad you are taking care of yourself. Stress is not our friend so keep protecting yourself however you can. I am grateful that you shared with us. Takes courage. I'm sorry your husband is being verbally abusive. Keep bringing it here.

Sorry that is sad, but does he have a twin? My hubby is much the same at times. I am similar to you and give mine space. When I reach my limit I give it right back! We love each other very much and have been together over 35 years!

Sorry to hear about your husband being verbally abusing 😔 That’s not what marriage is about as we all know. Have you mentioned some counseling may be a starting point. Hopefully you can find some piece and serenity. Stress is not good for us especially with MS. Glad you shared and prayers are with you 🙏👍🏼😉🐾🐾

Have you ever told him how he makes you feel (once he's calmed down)?

i can feel were you are coming from ...sounds like mine also ...it is hard for them to not feel in control of everything around them ...of course we are the ones that get the blow by for their feelings ....i don't know if it is just that or if it is from something else that has happened to them when they were younger or what ...wish i could get into their heads ...yes i to find my self getting out of his site to find something to do that looks like it does need to be done....so funny to write about it but it isn't funny when we are at the other end...just have to find things to do when he is in this kind of mood ...take care and know you are not alone ....love and happiness...

it so helps to come here❤️. on this holiday vacation he spread himself a bit thin and then was on overwhelm towards the end of it…..we had a good discussion about it later so currently there’s peace in the valley🌻. i so appreciate being able to bring my difficulties here-it really really helps so thank you guys!

You are not alone! I vent to God when mine is obviously stressed. And i type it in my nores page on my phone. That helps me get it out of my system (and have it for reference if we ever have an opportunity to discuss it)

omg-i was doing that too! seriously venting to the heavens and on the notes page🤣for those same reasons❤️we did discuss it later and i think I was calmer for having done all that venting-yay!

It is nice you pen down your feelings at times life partners become harsh may be he too have been stressed at his job health or any other issues and in frustration he may let go it with his loved one Stay calm try not to give it more credit or thought to it and take deep breath and just say with clean heart that you have excused his doing may God bless him with more strength to come out of his issues just do it closing your eyes after feeling your pain and let it go yoi will be at more peace with your self Take care keep smiling
