I had a fun Saturday laying on the mri table with the brain 🧠 cage; followed by my 3rd Pfizer shot.
This time the nurse encouraged me to massage my arm; good idea as it’s still sore. I rubbed it through my waiting period and car ride home so 30 min.
So far reactions are still headache on day 1 BUT it was followed by me falling asleep for 2 hours and a pseudo relapse of numbness in my hand and arm 🥺 it’s been two hours and finally getting to normal. I just hope I don’t get the unbearable pain on the second day like last time!

I have the big saw for the job, that for years I thought of every night, still awake, desperately wanting to fall asleep, but couldn't due to the burning. Just keep telling yourself, it's all in your head,literally. And don't forget to disable the smoke detectors!As far as the shot. A day or two of pain and troubles is a small price to pay. I did years, literally, of flu-like symptoms from my DMT's, but it was worth it! Think of it as, no pain, no gain!
Maybe you misunderstood. In my head meant it is physically coming from my head, not my burning feet. I have it to this day, every evening when I lay down to bed, the sheets start smoldering (now that is my thoughts only). But the physical, is there everyday. Till I vape a bit of CBD flower, it is quenched. In a couple CBD gummies, then wait, and wait, and wait. Should have remembered to take the gummies a couple hours ago. Vape, and it's over in seconds.But through the days before the CBD, that construction saw my guys used to use for demolition, well that was forever on my mind.
I heard this morning they are giving away monetary gift cards with a vaccine. I'd probably pay to get my 3rd vaccine quicker, but wouldn't feel right till those around me really needing it the most, those with transplants on anti-rejection drugs....get theirs. BUT, if they hesitate, and it's then offered to all, I'll be first in line.
Different, faster and still horrible but if it means I get a fighting chance against Covid I’m in!
A couple I know went into the hospital lately, he was in there for about 2 weeks and ventilator- wishes he had gotten vaccine and his wife has been in for 25+ days icu ventilator, got a trach and has to be moved to a bigger hospital to free up icu beds. I realize they both should and could have gotten vaccinated but it was there choice. Sadly, if their adult kids couldn’t convince them no one was. Yet, it’s sad, scary and too many unknowns when no one truly knows how you’ll react when and if you got Covid. 🥺
Well…sleep was illusive last night as my muscles felt like they were constantly contracting and not relaxing. I spent the night moving my ice packs from my back to legs abs sucked it up and took kids to pool just so I could lay on the water! We have big steps at the pool we go to where you can lay and watch kiddos; my body liked that snd I passed out once home.
I feel as if I’m almost to the end if this which is good! ❤️

Hope you got some rest and are feeling better! Has anyone with the J&J vaccine gotten a booster shot? I know the CDC is still waiting for data before making a recommendation, but I’m becoming concerned about the efficacy of the J&J with the delta variant, especially for people who are immune compromised.
I heard there is no booster shot yet for J&J. It will be awhile for the booster for Mr, asit is for immunal compromised only for now. Unfortunately I know of too many friends & relatives with transplants or diseases that immunal compromise. So a little blessing M.S. at least in some ways supercharges our immune systems. Now if your DMT.... I did go many years without so much as a sniffle, but relapse after relapse. Still staying healthy while my wife gets all the fun things like RSV...from her daycare babbies.
I’ve read that the boosters available are only for those who had the mRNA vaccines. Do we wait, or go get 3 of the others? Would we have to get 3? 🤷♀️🤔🤯
I’m glad to hear you think you’re nearing the end of your 3rd vaccine symptoms. Im getting a 3rd Moderna assp. I’m slightly worried about feeling badly afterwards but we’ll see. Thank you for posting!
I get mine on Friday. The first two made me sick with fever and chills during the night after so I'm not looking forward to that. But I'd rather go through that than get Covid!
Glad to hear you are better, you are almost over this. Everyone take care until you get your third shot. You can get covid with any vaccine, hopefully the 2nd shot for J&J gets approved soon. I have Pfizer, but my doctor recommended to have antibody test before getting the 3rd shot. I am getting the antibody test today. So I will get doctor's advice soon.
I did an antibody test and nothing….but they also said b-cell treatments give a false result so alas I’m hopeful I’ll have an immune response when I need it!
