Merry Christmas everyone!!!just havent been on here much i am watching all your posts ..just i guess now my sugar high cholesterol high..calcium low i know i isolate alot cNt workout angry with this disease..really angry just alot of struggles..thank you all on here xoxo

love yourself ...we all have some of the same problems ... happiness is also something we all have to remember to do for ourselves sometimes ...don't let depression /sadness for what ever reason rule your life for there is more to it ...we may have this monster in us but it will not win for we are all waiting for the day of the cure ...it is right around the corner just believe it ...if you think how far they have come with all of the research and new drugs to help slow it down and i know for my experiences it has slowed it down and has improved my walking and energy ....give on fighting for a better day in your life for you can win this fight with the monster (i call MS the monster ) everyone has different names for it ....well sorry for the long gab ...have a great wonderful day today and so many more for this doesn't stop you ....laugh and smile ...giggle ....life is beautiful just look outside well maybe not as pretty as spring and summer but ha i am here and so are you ....
