So Excited! Color Me Happy!

It has been hot & humid here in AR. Usually, this time of year I am pretty much stuck inside with the A/C on because of heat sensitivity & fatigue. Even with the cooling vest, I couldn't stay out much more than 30 minutes. I want you to know this year so far has been different! No fatigue or flare-ups. We were at a friends house Saturday & I was in the heat about 3 1/2 hrs longer than planned. I was sure I was going to pay the price for it. But not this time, no fatigue or flare-ups! Thank you Ocrevus! This weekend I became aware that the pain in my feet has also disappeared. It always felt like I was walking on rocks, the rocks are gone. Since October of last year when I started on Ocrevus I have gotten my energy back, pain & cramping in my legs have gone, Cog Fog is gone & now the pain in my feet gone & the ability to be in the heat without a flare-up. And when I broke my arm there was no flare-up, usually, anything like that would send me into a flare. I do believe in miracles, but they usually happen to other people, this time it's me! The other miracle that happened was a phone call from the drug company the day I got my cast on my arm telling me that I will not have to pay anything for the Ocrevus as long as I am on the drug & will not have to reapply each time as I had been. I am so thankful that I am on this medication. Prayer works & God is good! Amen.

Awesome report from you on Ocrevus! Gives me hope that if I ever have to change from Tecfidera, that might be my next option. Right now, I'm sitting here with total cog fog! Yesterday I helped my husband build a rail for our steps off of a deck. I operated the chop saw! Maybe got too hot and tired. Today I simply could not do it. What a difference a day makes!

That's the way I was on Techfedera. It made me mad cuz I also had 2 flare-ups while on it so I had to go back on Copaxone.
