Poor tech help to new member from Admin.

Admin is no help to a new member still learning program. I was replying to, Pain, and almost done. The screen disappeared. Where is my incomplete reply? Admin was useless. I am going to get off this email now. Waisting time.

I'm very sorry to hear that. Unfortunately the screen does disappear at times. Your reply that you had, has disappeared and you would have to redo it.

I have had the same thing happen to me a few times, and can't tell you what may have happened. I just try again. I get so much encouragement and so many great ideas from this forum, and I hope you will try again, too.

All this time I thought it was me hitting the back button on my mouse...

(I am pretty sure it still is but it's nice to have other blaming options) :)

Hidden I'm sorry you are having a hard time with the screen disappearing and were unable to get answers/help with the issue. Sometimes with technology, things happen that are unexplainable and you have to try again. If I am replying from my phone sometimes I have that happen to me and have to start over. Hope you will try again.

Perhaps this is related to incompatability issues between platforms. I've never had this happen on my laptop. Though I can read posts on my phone, I have never tried to respond to or go to the HU site from there. Things often disappear on my phone, but it's my fingers hitting the keyboard or the screen in the wrong spot coupled with my tech ineptitude.

Sorry you were having tech issues with HealthUnlocked's platform. When you say Admin support, were you able to contact support@healthunlocked.com ? Whenever there is a tech issue, that is usually the best place to start.

Hope this helps and we hope to hear from you again!
