I put a lid over my skill before dumping the juices but still sometimes my hands are weak. Be careful not to get burnt. I have done that too, in trying to catch it as it was falling. Live too far away from most restaurants to go out much. I love tacos though. I found myself tasting too much taco powder lately. I hate being the only cook. Then after going to a fast food place I love for taco's I realized that a teaspoon or two of vinegar would have taken the edge off the taco seasoning. I could taste it in the ones I liked for many years and noticed that they were not too thick like mine were.

I’ve never been a good cook. DH does appreciate when I try to clean. But if I try cooking, I hear “definitely company worthy “ or usually “DEFINITELY NOT company worthy“ and we order takeout because it’s too late for him to start cooking 😆

So.....go to the deep freeze and pull out something else. How about Shrimp Tacos....or Fish Tacos.....or....or....! When I worked in Mexico, I learned the taco is only a canvas for whatever you have on hand and can put in it. Kind of like the white bread we all grew up using for anything from PB&J to.....

If it doesn't work out, try, try again. If you're really feeling down....slap on some cheese, into the microwave, then a bit of salsa....done!

That sounds absolutely disgusting! Processed food to the max! Have you ever seen how they make those? I have. Kind of like the hot dog plants. Remember the saying the raccoon told the other raccoon, you know what those are made of don't you? Lips and A-holes!...forget the movie, never forget that!

So, toss in some roasted veggies....though shrimp isn't fish?....Cilantro lime shrimp in a corn, even flour tortilla, with some shredded cabbage.....

Okay, I have a long time friend that "doesn't eat anything the pees where it lives"....So...chop up that possum that keeps coming around every night! LOL! When I was at my first post school job, working as an engineer in training in the marketing department in southern Indiana...the engineers downstairs (I was UPSTAIRS in the "White Castle" as they called it), Fridays were pot lock, and they had a crock pot possum in BBQ sauce. M M Good? A roadkill feast! Yep, never tried to duplicate that recipe! Hoosiers!

Did you keep a set of encyclopedias? (yes I know their obsolete, because you have way more on your cell phone these days), but you could look up possums, which are over fed lab rats, and squirrels, which are tree rats. I only tasted either once. Never again. But Lobstah!!!! Take me back to Maine!

Yes there's those warm water one's in Florida.....but they aren't nearly as good. Not sweet. So I believe the seafood restraurnts there get theirs from Maine?

Only if advertised? IDK? I don't even consider anything else.😂🤣 Grew up on it, so it's the only kind! Never had any on the Pacific coast. Alaska is all about the king crab. I didn't like that either.

Here’s what we do, so we can save the grease for the dog. Get a metal bowl, put a metal strainer in it. Dump the meat in and the grease falls through!

Ah Jes, been that done there w/ spagetti noodles I cooked, good thing to though, they would have flared me up bad, they were 100% whole wheat! So, I do thank goodness for that jerky spill into the sink, & all over the counter! I can now cook w/ out jerking, more focussed & no more dizziness, this candida diet cleanse is working!!👍👍👍😀😀😍
