I just cannot believe it's taken me so long to join this forum! Y'all have helped w/ issues that have long plagued me! I.E. neck pain, leg pain. Even tho I take my prescribed med for restless leg syn. - well...the answers I got here from just reading try magnesium for the neck, muscle relaxers for the back & legs h.s. jeeze! Maybe (one day) I will be able to give to others the way you are so willingly & graciously helping me! Warmest & kindest regards to all of you! And a hearty thanksgiving! 😀
