Good article. Of interest to me was this statement "FDA-approved medications – infused

Reductions in relapse rate, MRI disease activity after three-to-five years of Ocrevus®"

having read further I found this statement "Those findings prompted the researcher to conclude that rituximab appears to be a safe and effective option for long-term MS treatment."

"Exploring the impact of a high-fat, low-carbohydrate diet on MS

A recent pilot study sought to add to the knowledge base on the subject by assessing how following a ketogenic diet for six months affected 20 people with relapsing-remitting MS. Researchers reported that no subjects experienced worsening diseases – as assessed by clinical symptoms and brain MRI – while on the diet. Further, fatigue and depression scores improved from baseline, and body-mass index and insulin levels declined. While additional data is being collected, those findings prompted the investigators to conclude that ketogenic diets appear to be “safe, feasible, and well-tolerated” in people with relapsing-remitting MS. for six months affected 20 people with relapsing-remitting MS. I like pizza and ice cream. I gain weight just typing pizza and ice cream. So I've learned to eat in moderation and smaller portions. Still looking at the keto diet and in many ways I'm already doing it. Don't sit too long, we don't want you to blow 💨 away. 😵 😎
