Well hello. 7.5 years, say hello to 75 years. No, it just feels like it. But seriously, I've got just a few (many) up on you. My daughter lives in Florida. Been moving slowly further and further south. Can't get far enough away from the Illinois cold where she grew up. Funny, she used to love the snow. Maybe all those weekends in the "tin can" (a travel trailer in the north woods of Wisconsin, out get-a-way for 25 years, made her this way?) Now anything less than 80° is "freezing" to her. When I went one past summer to help her move, I had to take refuge in a walk in beer cooler. Jokingly offered to pay an hourly rate. I could not take the humidity. Lived and worked in southern Indiana, H E double toothpicks, as it was hot and humid all summer. Took a transfer to El Paso to work in the company's manufacturing plant in Mexico, where it was even hotter, but without the humidity. Loved it. Went back a couple summers past to the southwest to see if we still loved the 115°+ dry heat. Yep. Still love it! I'm the skeleton in the lounge chair on the left, saying "but it's a dry heat". Hope Florida works for you. Yeah, I'm still stuck in Illinois. But...with plans of many years now to move southwest. Florida has much better fishing (which I love) than El Paso or Arizona.

But those sand sharks!!! Can't get enough of them in the desert southwest!
