Good read.

My doctor recommended that I try to stay away from glutten and unhealthy carbs. We try to just eat a clean diet. Meat, fruit, veggies and some dairy. No sugar either. I have noticed that I feel better and have more energy when I follow this.

I will share this article with some family members that do have Celiac disease..

Thanks and God Bless!

Thanks for posting this! My PCP told me to go gluten-free and not because I have celiac. She wants to reduce inflammation although whether gluten-free can do that is questionable in my mind. Like the article says, it has yet to be proven scientifically. So..if I trade inflammation for elevated levels of arsenic and mercury, I wonder if I am just trading one condition for another. Sigh.

Good article, but about the rice flour, not if they're all organic, Chinese eat a whole lot of rice & they live longer than we do & The patients there pay their doc's to keep them healthy, when & if they get sick, they stop paying them till they're cured! Not just treated over there, so I think as long as the rice flour is all organic, we're okay! Cuz any Gluten or wheat Inflames & almost Exaserbates my M.S... So, I'll Stay very clear of them. Dairy too any & all... But thanks again!😍👍💐Blessings--Jazzy🌹💜

In the first of the tables on this webpage USA is ranked 31 on life expectancy and China is ranked much worse at 53. On all of the other tables USA life expectancy is higher than that of China.

Organic does not necessarily mean something is free of heavy metal contamination - it just means that the foodstuff was grown without chemicals etc. Heavy metal contamination often arises from the soil something was grown in and according to the FDA "...eliminating them entirely from our food supply is not always possible because these metals are found in the air, water and soil and then taken up by plants as they grow."

Can you provide a reputable reference source for the comment that Chinese patients "pay their doc's to keep them healthy, when & if they get sick, they stop paying them till they're cured".

Hmmm, sounds like you have not read my previous posts about Chinese herbs... Here is a detailed story. I had a real Chinese doctor treat me for over a year with Chinese herbs (he also takes them himself). He used to be a doctor at a Chinese hospital for over 20 years. I paid $500-800 a month. He put me on Chinese herbs and gave me a mercury poisoning. If you look it up on Google, Chinese herbs are regularly laced with mercury, arsenic, cadmium and other heavy metals. The Chinese believe in their healing power. Westerners routinely have kidney or liver failures from them. And of course the Chinese don't have MS - they are diagnosed with dry heat. Like I was.
