How can you tell your DMT is working?

I love Dr Aaron Boster's YouTube videos. Listened to one on infusions yesterday and liked his answer to someone's ? About how to tell if Ocrevus was working.

Paraphrasing, he said: if you had a young woman on birth control, you would know it was working if she did not get pregnant. Likewise, if Ocrevus is working, you won't have progression of disease.

So you look for the absence of new or worsening symptoms.

Just had my 6 month neuro exam. He's been talking about three different DMT's, but this time it was all about Ocrevus. He stated he's really, really liking it with his RMS patients. Me: "Keep dangling that carrot in front of me doc." Ha! End result is no changes necessary, but if I wanted to change, he would support my decision. Dangle, dangle, dangle.

I'm on Rituxan which Ocrevus is the cousin of. Love it I am now stable for the first time ever!

Interesting erash, I may be JCVirus positive, my Neuro. Wants to test in Nov. To see if I am, she said my Obands are way high. CasF=9 woh! So, no injects nor RX's for me, gonna do it all naturally! Manage, Will keep U all Posted, of how it's going.💕💓💞👍🐾🐈🐅😻🙏Many Blessings to u.---Jazmine

JC virus/PML is scary, but I don't think the risk is the same for all DMTs.

How can you tell your DMT is working?

From what I know, 1) MRI doesn't show any new activity, 2) no new symptoms or relapses.
