Hey gang it's Fancy and I simply wanted to let everyone know why I Disappeared for the last week or so again. My right knee has been acting up and I had surgery scheduled for it tomorrow. It started to swell up a lot lot worse this past week and I made an appointment to go see my surgeon last Wednesday. She took a look at my knee and observed how I was using it and what I did with it and she decided without a doubt that I had broken my knee cap and that was causing the extensive swelling. So I got put in an immobilizing brace and was told to stay off my feet as much as humanly possible for the next several weeks. She threatened to put a cast on my leg but then she said I'd probably fall on my face everyday from the weight of the cast because of my balance issues. ( boy did she hit that nail on the head!)
I go back to see my surgeon June 27th for a reassessment. I'm hoping we come up with a plan to fix this monster that I've been dealing with. I hate being homebound just as much as I hate for this stupid right leg to be totally stiff and useless. But I know it's for my own good and I have to follow instructions no matter how much I dislike them! Sorry for my mini pity party here but it's been a rough week and I'm having to deal with things I've never dealt with before. Here's a picture of my silly leg in its brace.

How long have you had this broken knee cap? Surely the X-rays showed it. No wonder that you have been in such pain. Are they still going to operate once the knee cap has healed? Take care, and let us know how you get on, blessings Jimeka 🦋 🍫
Oh KC, God bless you! I always feel bad when I invite the family to join in! I guess it's stupid to feel as it Community Ambassador I need to make sure all the post are informational, positive and happy post😁, not many pity parties😲😬😩! Thanks for your kind words and thanks everyone who responded to your prayers and love and support. I have to admit having a public mini pity party has made me feel better! So everyone don't do as I used to do but do as I do now! Oh, my dear Fancy! I am so sorry you are having such a time if it with that leg. I'm praying that you and you surgeon find a reasonable and painless solution soon. And no worries about having a pity party - mini or otherwise...we are all here to attend it.
Oh wow, what a tough week you have been through. I understand how frustrating it is to have knee problems. I need a replacement and it’s not happening now. Please rest and do whatever is necessary so that the pain becomes a past memory very soon. Wishing you a very speedy recovery!
it's your right knee, for me it's my left knee. My body is falling apart and I blame the MS for all of it. Aside from all this, it still has been a rough week for me also

Good luck ma lady, that really stinks, I broke my humarus the largest bone in your arm, and broke all 5 of my right toes. I hate this and I use a walker 24/7 breaking anything is horrible. Keep us updated. best of luck
