I'm struggling with my MS!! It's taking away my ability to walk even with a walker!! I'm exhausted and don't want to deal with MS any.ore!!! I got my injectionsfor my lower back!! I will see if they help in the morning. I'm very weiry and loss of energy!! My Dad is good to me!! I appreciate him sooo much!! I have 3 children and 1 grandson . My middle son is a drug addict and sucking me dry!! My oldest daughter is sooo rude to me. My baby son Todd won't even call or text me at all!! I feel like a failure and don't have much support from family and friends. This is my support and love on this site!! Thank you all very much for your help!!

doveflyfree there is a saying that we can choose our friends but not our families. My mum always used to say to me, that God only lends us His children. As parents we are their carers, we got what we were given, so it doesn't matter how you bring them up, they will only do what they want. All our children handle the news of their mum having ms differently. They are all individuals. My children never mention it, or even ask how I am. They say they know I am a fighter, and will keep going. Maybe I am a fighter, but there are days where I feel as though I could throw the towel in, at the end of the day, it's upto me. So it's onwards and upwards, and my faith. My secret is, keep smiling. Smile and the world smiles with you, cry, and you cry alone. Take care and give thanks for your wonderful dad. Thank you for sharing about your mom and children. I actually sent a text to my daughter and she responded with care and love!!! That's all I want and I demand respect. My drug addict son I have to let go and sure I will talk to him but I can't help anymore. My brother has stepped up to me and offered support and love. I'm cutting people out of my life that are NOT helpful!!!! I have been walked on enough!!! I'm taking a stand!!!! I'm using my energy for positive things and people!!!

It's sooo hard to stay positive!!! I'm trying hard!!! I emailed the MS Society and begged her to let me know what is happening with my application. I know it's Christmas time but she never answers me. I'm anxiously depending on the MS Society to help me!!! I'm sorry I am a downer.
I am sooo upset. My son borrowed money from me and normally pays me back. He basically screwed me over and it was for bills. I shouldn't have done it. I'm easy to take advantage of. I am hating myself more and more everyday. I literally can't handle anymore. I'm struggling with my MS and now I screwed up my financial situation . I have been paying for help in home but I am broke now. No one unconditionally loves me. My Dad unconditionally loves me. It angers my Dad when people use me. I'm very angry with myself. It's Christmas time and I am depressed. I feel like a victim of MS right now but I need to believe I am a survivor of MS. I would like to help set up a 24 hour help line for MS. I'm thinking of ways to help people with MS. Does it normally take a long time to get help from MS Society??

Hang in there and keep trying. This is not a race. One "step" at a time.. I can no longer walk even with a walker and I can barely transfer ..you can do this!! We are cheering you on and praying for you!
When we all share the difficulties we go through and support one another it's good for the soul! Hang in there and hopefully your symptoms improve, just remember stressful situations make anything more difficult! Maybe you should try Al-Anon class that's what we did.
It is a support group for family and friends to go to that have loved ones that are dealing with addiction and gives you coping skills and books available too. You can check local meetings online Just do a Google search for Al-Anon meetings.
I am sorry you are so down .I have MS myself and do not have no one but one nephew. He is kind and loving. Take your father love and make that your new family. Children can be head strong some time with their thinking but remember something sweet thing about each of them when things get tough. My love and prayers go out for and your family

do you know of Trevor Wicken and The MS gym. its a little fast and confusing but he seems a pretty supportive guy. Anyway hope those injections are helping !!!
@doveflyfree I am so sorry that you don't have the support of your family. I don't know what I would do without my families support. As one of Jehovah's Witnesses I have a large support system. My family and congregation is always there when needed. Do you have a congregation that can help you? It might be helpful to seek help in that way. God wants us to be happy but in the times we are living in it is very difficult. 2 Timothy 3:1-5 shows the attitudes we see in this day and age. One is about how children would be disobedient to parents.I am so sad you are seeing this first hand. One day soon God will put an end to all this injustice. That is the hope we must hold on to. I will keep you in my prayers.

@doveflyfree We have some in our congregation who are home bound also. They tie in by telephone and can listen in to our meetings. We have several that go by to check on them and get groceries for them. That is what you need. I hope and pray that you get the help you need.o

Thank you very very very much!!! You're sooo supportive and caring towards me!! That means a lot to me!!! I have let go of my children. I still love them and give them emotional support!!! I'm not giving money to them or anything money wise. I offer love support caring and all the free awesome stuff!!!!
Boy I feel a lot better doing that!!! I'm supposed to get help from MS Society and I'm super excited!!! It's going to help me very very very much!!! I will keep you posted on what happens!!
