This is out of Quebec Canada. Nice people to deal with. Type in TURBOMED or email for information info@turbomedothotics.com. My insurance is Select Health and they covered 💯 percent. Took about two weeks to receive it. Has a two year warranty and at seven months the Velcro was wearing out, so my orthopedic order replacement and insurance covered that also. Great item, would buy again.👍😎
