Custom road bike

I saw this bike recently when I was driving as support for our group. I got so excited to think of riding something like this. This rider has some brain damage from a bike accident, but is still able to cycle with his wife and friends. I was really inspired and got the information of the builder. Inspiration to never give up is all around us!

@CalfeeChick, I am so happy for you! Looks like you are having a ball! My husband is an avid cyclist and we have been following the Tour de France.

I cycled 150-200 miles a week before the MS truck slammed into me last year. I'd call me avid too. At least I was.

That's encouraging. I used to be a crazy rider, distance and racing, and it broke my heart when I finally sold my bike. But I'll look into your option!

Not sure where you are at but I can give you the information and a phone # to call. PM if you'd like. I'm still debating it with myself. I haven't given up my bike. It was custom made for me and it's my baby!

Hi, I am in San Francisco. I'd like to try a "girl's bike" (no top bar) first to see how that goes:) thanks, and keep on rollin'!

Cmokon Road bikes do have a top bar. you just get used to it. My carbon fiber bike was made in Moss Landing by Craig Calfee, put together by my bike guy in San Leandro.

CalfeeChick its like Freedom1 and Freedom 2, mine and erash 's trikes, only that one will go a lot faster and it doesn't have the basket on the back for Razor. On a more serious note, if it gets you back into what you are missing, go for it, let us know if you do and picture expected. Blessings Jimeka 🦋 🌈 🚴‍♀️

It looks great. Schwinn does make a 3 wheeled trike for adults. It runs around $300. I don't know how to attach a picture to this post but you can google it. A little bulkier than this streamlined one. Hope it gets you back into cycling!!

Thank you for the info and that may be in my future. Having been a road bike rider for many years, my goal is to either get back onto my road bike or look into this customized add-on. 😊🚴🏽
