Good article. Thanks!

Just yesterday I read a review of the effects of the keto diet on anti-epileptic drug levels (I was curious because I sometimes take Tegretol , an ant-epileptic, for trigeminal neuralgia --although I'm not on a keto diet...but you never know what impulsive thing I may follow next 😜).

Anyway, the only med the diet interfered with was depakote.

Thought I'd mention in case anyone is on this.

@erash As you may know, the upper level of the Wahls Protocol diet (Wahls Paleo Plus) is essentially a ketogenic diet. I do not practice this, I find it too restrictive, but I do try and follow the Wahls diet at the middle level and I'm trying to be better at keeping down the carbs & sugar. I do think it helps me, I just wish it helped more. I may consider going to the upper level at some point.
