I so enjoy seeing the creations and art of everyone here. I made this quilt not long before my diagnosis. My husband's favorite color is red, and I like star-type quilts. Gallop by quickly as you look! I know it's going to force you to practically stand on your head to see it, but maybe that will improve it!

jimeka Most squirrels I've seen are red, some are grey and the mean ones where I used to live are black. You can have a multicolored quilt-hee hee hee

Greaterexp, it's Fancy1959. I totally disagree with you. The quilt you made is absolutely gorgeous. Those shades of red happens to be some of my favorite colors also. Quilters are artist and I can never ever pretend to understand the complexities they must go through to create their own unique art. Thanks for sharing your fantastic artwork!

The quilt is beautiful! I have made several in my past, when it was easier for me to sew. One of my favorites is a jean quilt that I made from old jeans, when my daugter was little. We used it out on the lawn to play on. She used to hide things in the pockets.

greaterexp I love the quilt, red is my favorite color. My mom used to quilt and I had hoped to learn how once I retired. But, I developed a tremor, especially in my hands, and can barely do my family's mending- so I will enjoy yours and my mom's quilts.
