G'day everybody, on Tecfidere (Etc in AZ USA , gotta a question ask away. Newly diagnosed scared ask away been there done that, its cool u will get the hang of it it's just scary at first. Quick recommendation fromm experience, avoid needles when u can, get an MRI the higher the Tesla the better, 3 if u can find it 4. get started DO NOT WAIT if your Doc says wait change Docs DO NOT WAIT or b scared, its cool u will handle it just takes some time and patience with yourself, and LAUGH. bye.

Question are you saying Tecfidera higher dosage of the medicine ??? Because I take One capsule doing 20 mg by mouth twice a day . Could you explain please? Thank you bye

I believe Royce was referring to the MRI...

MRI scanners come in different magnet field strengths measured in teslas or “T”, usually between 0.5T and 3.0T. They also come in varying sizes including, open and wide-bore. The image quality of an MRI depends on signal and field strength. So a 3T machine has much more signal than a 1.5T machine.

Hopefully I'll be corrected if I'm mistaken!

3.0T is the biggest I can find here in Phoenix and closed bore. 3T closed bore.

Did you say you're in Arizona? How long have you been there and do you have a problem with the heat?

I moved there in 1990 and LOVED it, but I returned to Massachusetts to take care of my mom about two years ago. The summer humidity and winter ice/snow are driving me nuts and I can't wait to get home to AZ but don't know when that'll happen!
