Tiny red spots

Does anyone know what these tiny red spots are? I only have them on my arms but now I am looking for them I am noticing loads. I went to the GP who did my bloods and they all came back normal so they weren't concerned but didn't say what they actually were

From the photo, it doesn't look that prominent, so probably not "Petechiae", but it is a possibility:

If you get a chance you may ask your doctor if it is Petechiae or not.

do you take steroids? If so it could be a side effect.

Not sure what it is. Do you itch your arms alot? Looks like some little sores on there

I don't know how old you are but they look like age spots to me. My wife has them more than me. I'm not going to worry about them. The ones on the back of my hand come back when I get a lot of sun. I sanded them off but they are still faintly there.

My husband and I have them as well. Noticed them a few yrs ago, started on my arms, moved to midsection and now there's a few that's started to pop up on my legs. I was worried initially but we've both been on meds, figured it was probably a side effect or something that happens w age.. we both started developing them in our 40's. They seemed to "flare up" w covid, covid is known to cause vascular damage. I still wish I knew exactly what they are but they seem to be benign. My other theory is vascular damage done over time from our diet and other exposures, heart and vascular health is a leading health issue in the US. We've since been focused on a clean healthy diet and repairing the yrs of damage.
