Hi for months I have had a problem with underarm skintags ( the underarm is covered in a rash of skintag ) I cannot use soap of deodorant as they become very sore and itchy. Anyone else had this problem? All advice welcome. THANKYOU

You could try undiluted Apple Cider Vinegar applied with a cotton swab and see what happens. Growths can be difficult to self treat. Having them removed at the dermatologist would likely be the best, most effective option.

All the best.😊

Thanks, do you mean NHS or are there anyone else that could treat them without going down the NHS route

I meant NHS (I'm in the US). I will say that (at least here) a GP used to take care of simple growths like that. If a GP there won't do it, then give the ACV a try. That is the home remedy my grandmother used. It works even better if you can keep it covered after applying. Do it several times a day or soak a cotton ball, place on area and secure with tape or bandage overnight. Do this until it falls off.

Also, tea tree oil neat directly on skin tag can be used. And, some mix baking soda and castor oil to make a paste, as well.

Good luck.😊

Soak a cotton ball, place on spot, and cover with bandage overnight. Do this nightly until it falls off.😊
