Finally something that works for my Eczema

Have suffered with chronic eczema for thirty odd years and so relieved when I was prescribed Protopic, this was a last resort treatment as it dampens down your immune system so your skin is not so sensitive, I rarely have to use it now as my skin is almost 100 per cent better, but I have started getting a itchy/sore rash around my neckline which I am informed is prickly heat, Any tips for easing this would be gratefully received.

maybe a drop of lavender oil in cool boiled water? This works for a lot of 'hot' irritated conditions.
