red nose

Hi all im new to this but i have a persistant problem thats driving me mad. i suffer from agoraphobia so i don leave the house and geting a doctor to visit is proving difficult. My nose is always red to the point sometimes its like a clowns nose. its embaraasing and i really dont know what it could be.

I know just how that feels as I too had agoraphobia. I have medication now to help and I can go anywhere. It is an antidepressant that my kind doctor persuaded me to have.

Can you just go out for about two seconds. Try every day for a couple of seconds more. You will probably cry your eyes out. But your body will cope. You will not drop dead, your heart will not give out. If it's too hard give up ,but just for a day or two then try again.keep trying, don't give up you want to live your life not live indoors for ever. You can and will get better. It will take courage of a hero, I know every step is climbing a mountain button can do it.

Don't worry about your nose, you can ring your doctors receptionist or nurse and explain how you find it almost impossible to get out. Hopefully they will try to help and suggest something if you ask them nicely.

It's probably nothing that a antibiotic cream can't clear up.

There is a fantastic few books by a doctor called Claire weeks, they may be out of print but perhaps on Amazon. She understands perfectly. I used to keep her book under my pillow and cry that somebody else understood.

Please, please, don't live half a life any more.get out. Live. You will have setbaCks but YOU CAN OVERCOME it. Then doctors and other places will become a doddle.

I get a red nose on one side pluse other red patches. I think it is because I have very fair skin and don't tan very well. I don't really know the answer. One sees certain older people who have completely red faces. It is how it is I suppose.
