Looks like it could be a wee patch of irritated skin that might improve with good emollient regime?
Looks like Granuloma Annulare. I have 2 at the top of my left leg and 1 at top of right leg. Have them about 7 months now and there's no sign of them going away. GP said not to worry about them.
Ringworm. A fungus. Use Dactarin twice a day. The still use for a week after it has cleared.
