Hi. I am a 17 year old and I am struggling with OCD especially now that we are under distance learning so I have lesser things to take mind mind off something. I think my OCD has worsen in this phase. Please help me. I don't know what to do. I don't want my OCD to affect in my academic life atleast. Besides, in my country, there are limited therapists and talking with them would be a huge decrease in like our societal honor. Also, I don't have money for a real therapist.

I’m sorry you’re suffering. I’m not sure if available or affordable by you but there’s an app called NOCD maybe they can help. Thoughts are just thoughts. Stay grounded and use mindfulness. This time shall pass. ❤️💪
