Winter Break strategies

My anxiety and ocd are much better when I have structure. I am currently teaching from home and while the weekends are fine-longer breaks are more challenging. Thanksgiving real was challenging. Trying to be proactive but not too much for winter break. Last year was great-because I had a bunch of pre planned volunteering etc, spaced out amongst free days. It worked, because the Holidays are sometimes hard because I don't celebrate Christmas and while my parents live by me, I don't have my own family.

Staying present: but any advice/ideas on how to schedule this break when we are in the depths of COVID-19? I plan to go away somewhere safe for a night or two-and have tons of projects to do around the house (however when I am really anxious I don't gravitate towards those or just being cozy and relaxed.
