Hi I'm 64 years old, and have been dealing with fibro symptoms since my first marriage. I didn't know then it was a thing. My biggest complaint is lack of energy. I currently take meds for depression and anxiety. I have a laundry list of illnesses and meds. Nothing helps with the fibro symptoms.

Hi. I have had fibro for ten years. You have to be kind and loving to yourself. Do everything at your pace. Don’t let anyone put you down. Fibro is real. Take it one day ata time. Know there is so many people out there with their own diseases. You count. Take care 💕
