I'd be interested to know if anyone else feels the same as me!

It's really weird, but the only way I can explain this feeling, is all my limbs feel like jelly and my strength evaporates. As though my 'get up and go' got up and left.

Not a constant state but seems to come on suddenly but washes over me in an all consuming wave.

Leaving me exhausted, shaky, disorientated and off balance.

I can be ok one minute then like this in the next. Often feeling like that for a few days. Absolutely hate it and can't really explain it but it knocks me sideways.

To be honest I'm starting to feel it's too much of a struggle to even go out of the house these days

Makes me feel so sad and guilty 😥

I feel exactly the same, mine has got worse over the past 3 weeks, and I have only just been diagnosed after suffering with this on tip of arthritis and sciatica for the last 18months. It's horrendous! X

Girlllll you in the same choir with me and singing from the same Hymn sheet. There are some days I sleep for 8-9hrs in the day and still go back to sleep at night. Bearing in mind I am self employed. But my get up and go just gets up and leave sometimes without notifying me so I'm just feeling prostituted and violated by my own body. Feeling very vulnerable too.
