Hello. I too get very bad pain in my legs. Drives me crazy. But I have discovered that part of the legs pain is due to the lack of magnesium. So I drink a break which come in a powder form and it's called Calm. It works wonders. Plus I use Vicks as a massage cream it's feels so nice after you run it in. Make sure to cover your legs so it can continue relaxing thee muscles. Hope this helps you. I'm in Canada and our weather fluctuates slot in the winter. Ountry Gal.

Sorry it took so long, a friend had a health emergency which has distracted me. Anyway, it's called Hylands leg cramps. Works well, for me, no side effects. Also, Calms Forte by the same company helps with anxiety.
