Et and pins and needles
Hi! I belive it is a common symptom when you have mpn. Are you diagnosed? Are you on aspirin?
Yes et aspirin only Do u know why we have it
Hi there! I have Polycythemia Jack2 negative. Have had this for 14 years. My arms, hands and feet go numb with pins and needles a lot. Of course it happens at night quite a bit, since not moving a lot. Even sitting cross-legged for a while or driving long distance keeping your hands on the steering wheel and not moving, I will go numb with pins and needles. This always gets worse closer to my phlebotomy.
Glad to hear I am not alone with this.
Hi, I sometimes have these symptoms. If you get them regularly contact your haematologist and mention symptoms to them. Stay safe.

Hi, I'm ET JAK 2 pos on hydroxycarbamide and aspirin. I get pins and needles in my hands quite regularly, particularly when lying down. Also, in particularly cold weather the tips of my fingers get very cold, which can be quite painful. I've always just assumed that this is all down to poor circulation. Best wishes

Hi Irishgall, We are on aspirin so I don't think getting pins and needles is anything to worry about. I get it in my right arm some nights and have to just move it. I get cramp in my legs. It's just a pity that I don't get a lot of sleep for various reasons - pain is only one of them.
