Morning all... :D

This article, whilst a little heavy in the reading, again points to the influence that 'Inflammation' can play in the progression of myeloproliferative blood cancers. The findings also suggest therapeutic strategies that might eventually lead to new ways to prevent this inflammation from taking place at all...

In the REFERENCE section below, are the details for the complete article. However, once again, these findings point to the importance of finding ways to reduce our inflammation, in order to have a better quality of life...

Happy reading...

Best wishes, stay safe & well...

Thank you very much for posting Socrates. Im reading up on a lot of stuff like this. I'm new to MPNs but it looking like an anti inflammatory approach is a good one.

Hi again, and thank you for the links. Very interesting. As soon as I was diagnosed and had started researching. I have started an anti-inflam diet, no sugar, drinking lots of water, some supplements, upped my running, attempted to reduce stress and a 12 hrs fast over night just until breakfast. Am also doing some research at mo. I dont know there is a cure on the horizon but even if a cure for progession was developed we would all be delighted.

Thank you for posting this article. Similar to EmeraldA I am new to all of this and also feel an anti inflammatory approach is a good one. I am trying to watch my diet with regard to the level of inflammatory and anti inflammatory foods I eat in the hope that it may help me longterm.
