Sore stiff joints

I was diagnosed ET Calr last year with platelets above 1200. Now taking Anagralide and platelets normal and under control.

Recently I have developed really sore and stiff hip and knee joints, occasionally painful.

Anyone else have this?

Is it related to ET?

hi Arty and welcome to our forum. Yes, bone pain is one of the symptoms of ET and lots of people do suffer with it, and in different bones. You could ask your GP about pain relief medication to help. Kind regards, Maz

Yep I also suffer with joint pain can be anywhere in my body, so I try to keep fit, every day do yoga which helps plus walking and gardening, the only thing I find when I sit down for a break, it’s hard to get back up again I am sooooo stiff 🥴

Find the same. Used to do a lot of walking. Cant do it as much now. But still just keep going. If I kneel down don't ask me to get up quickly. Diane
