Interesting, especially alcohol associated with lower symptom burden. I’ll drink to that if I’ve read it correctly!

Hi Paul I’ve been taking turmeric and BCAAs for the last 3 months and at my last visit both my white count and platlets were down slightly bucking the recent trend for them raising. I definitely think nutrition is the key. Thanks for the info.

Thanks for the info Paul, good to read, I do enjoy a glass of wine now and then, and my counts have all been really good for a couple of years now long may it last, plus I have also found that the fatigue that I used to suffer with now has abated, plus my aching joints also has improved, but think this is because I improved my diet and take daily exercise, although my cholesterol is a little on the high side but nothing to worry about, as I cannot tolorate Statins make me very unwell !! Been told that mine is familiar related so not a lot I can do apart from diet and exercise which works for me, oh and of course taking the Hydroxycarbamide, which also is part of my daily routine.

But that was a really good article.

Hmmm. I wouldn’t read too much into those ‘findings’. But if you’re happy with the alcohol takeaway message .......... 👍🏻 🤣🤣🤣
