Hidden grapefruit source

Just watched the latest Food Unwrapped. Apparently Earl Grey tea contains grapefruit oil and the cheaper the product the more it has rather than bergamon oil. Is this enough that everyone on rux should avoid it. I doubt any research exists on this thus the best bet is to avoid to prevent a rux overdose.

Hi Skodaguy. Welcome back I often looked for your posts as they are always informative. Hope you are okay. Great to have the news about Rux and grapefruit especially as I'm already on 25 x 2 per day and like the occasional Earl Grey! Thanks. Janice

I have just phoned Twinnings and they are going to get back to me with information on whether or not there is grapefruit oil in their Earl Grey (which is the only tea I drink, but I am not on Rux) so I will update you when I have the information. I would advise anyone to check with the company that makes the Earl Grey they drink just to find out if there is grapefruit oil and what percentage. Maz

Wow that's an informative tip if ever there was one. Thank you Skodaguy and good to see you back. Are you still cycling?

My Twinnings Lady Grey box says orange peel, lemon peel and flavouring. Guess the question is what is in the flavouring? I don't take rux either but will be very interested in their response.
