Patients’ forum – London 11th July 2016

Monday 11th July 2016, 6 pm – 9 pm, registration from 5.30 pm, the forum will be held in the Robens Suite, 29th Floor Tower Wing, Guy’s Hospital, Great Maze Pond, London, SE1 9RT.

You are welcome to bring your family and friends with you to the forum, there is no fee to attend.  We do require you to book to attend as we are limited to a specific number of people attending, please do not turn up on the night as we may have to turn you away.
